Shalom Dear Brothers and Sisters Trust Once again I was sitting outside on the front deck just basking in the beauty of God having a wonderful time of fellowship with Him.  Very rarely do planes fly over our area of the city but I was listening to the Word of God on my CD player and staring up at the sky when I seen a plane fly by.  It was off in the distance and it was a fairly large plane.  I couldn't tell whether it was taking off or coming in for landing but I did notice or realize rather that there were many people on that plane. As I thought about the people on the plane I wondered how many of them had a wonderful living relationship with the Lord.  I realized how many people got on that plane putting their trust in the pilots they had never met had no relationship with yet they completely trusted them with their lives.  I was reminded of the Scripture Proverbs chapter 3:5-6, where it says "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding".  I too want to fly and go to Israel one day soon to see the land where my Savior walked, live and die and rose from the dead!  I want to go to the Wailing Wall and rest my head against it and pray there.  But the minute I get on that plane my trust will not be in the pilots who I have never met nor the plane because I do not understand how it could possibly stay in the air, rather might trust will be in the Lord!  I too flew as a young teenager to the West Indies to visit friends before I became a believer.  I am very grateful that the Lord in His Mercy sought to it that I was covered by His protection at that time.  No matter what we do or where we go it is the Lord who direct our paths, sustains us and protects us.  When we trust in Him completely not leaning on our own understanding it is then we are putting our faith into action.  He loves that when we do it because we are totally reliant on Him!  It is then I can picture Him sitting on His throne in heaven smiling down on us and saying, that's my child whom I love!   B'Shem Yeshua Hamashiach, Amen In His Love, Theresa If you need counseling, go to www.cometozion.org/ctzcounseling.html right now.
