Shalom Dear Brothers and Sisters Ginosko This is the Greek word that means a deep intimate relationship of union with approval. I stumbled across this word while doing a word search for something else but it was like a rhema word the minute I saw it! This is what the Father wants from every one of His Children! Paul said in 1 Corinthians 8:3, but if anyone loves God this one is known by Him". Going back to Matthew 7:21-23 while it is so good and wonderful to do these gifts, Yeshua gave us this statement as a warning not as condemnation or fear but rather out of a deep heart of compassion and love. That we would not get sidetracked rather we would seek to have that deep intimate relationship of union with the one who gave His very life for us! John 14: 23 Yeshua says "if anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will love him and We will come to him and make our home with him". What a precious Scripture I had never noticed that one before but it is so true, He wants to live in us. If we look to our Good Shepherd Yeshua and seek to follow all He asks of us then we can be sure that signs and wonders will follow just as in the days of Paul and the early disciples/apostles after the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. But most importantly we need to know Him so that He will know us. This is a very Holy God we serve! "Therefore, since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with holy fear and reverence. For our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:28-29). Let us be true believers being quick to forgive and rejoicing in the fact that our names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life!
