Shalom Dear Brothers and Sisters Unable
to Move
When we find ourselves in a position where we are completely unable to move as difficult as it may seem it is the perfect place for God to work in our lives. Sometimes it is the only way God can get our full attention! I speak from experience! David understood this for he declared it if in Psalm 139: 5-6, "You have hedged me in behind and before, You laid Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain it". David understood the secret knowledge of the secret place. He knew the only one he could always count on was the Lord. While he was on the run from Saul there were times he was cornered with nowhere to go, yet he knew God's hand was upon him. What were those things that the Lord God was able to pour into David during his most desperate days? The same things He wants to reveal to us when everyone and everything is coming against us we can go into our secret place and give thanks. We can praise the Creator Of Heaven and Earth that He has His Hand upon us! It is He who is changing us from glory to glory into His very image, 2 Corinthians 3:18. It is not by might not by power but by My Spirit says the Lord, Zechariah 4:6. We can't go and do things for the Lord by our own power that will bear true fruit that will last. Rather we need to allow Him to refine us as silver and gold through what ever were going through. When we are in what may feel like a prison whether it be a literal one as some are, if we keep our eyes and ears focused on the Lord our lights will shine! We will bring glory to the Father just as Yeshua did. We know the last days are fast approaching and the world is watching how we respond to them. It is only after we ourselves have been hedged in on all sides unable to move to the left or to the right that the Holy Spirit will produce the fruit that the world desires. It's not by being like the world that changes lives by being in the world yet been separated from the world that shows who we really are. It is then that those around us who turned from attacking us for our faith begin to question. When we allow the Holy Spirit to change us and we begin to see others especially those who hurt us through the eyes of Yeshua, we bring glory to our Father. When we can love the unlovable those who persecute and hate us then we know we've made a step towards the Fathers Heart! This is why all through the Gospels Yeshua was found and criticized for hanging out with tax collectors and sinners. If we want to be like Yeshua do not fight when you find yourself alone or pressed in on all sides. Seek the Lord and recognize that what the enemy may have meant for evil, God will turn for good. But only if we stand and say, " Such knowledge is too wonderful for me"! That God would get our attention and we would come out on fire in a blaze for Him for all the world to see! Do not despise trials and tribulations rejoice in them and give thanks for the Lord your God is changing you and me into the very likeness of His Son!
